WE'RE HIRING - MANDARIN TRANSLATOR
We are looking for a Mandarin Translator who will support communication between our Indonesian and Chinese Members. The role will focus on daily translation, meeting interpretation, document translation, and assisting Chinese team members with communication and coordination across departments.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Translate verbal and written communication between Mandarin Chinese and Bahasa Indonesia accurately and clearly.
2. Provide interpretation during meetings, discussions, training sessions, and daily business activities.
3. Assist Chinese management and employees in communicating with Indonesian employees and external partners.
4. Coordinate with different departments to ensure instructions and information are clearly understood.
6. Ensure translated information maintains the correct meaning, tone, and business context.
7. Support administrative and operational tasks related to communication between the Chinese and Indonesian teams.
Requirements:
1. Fluent in Mandarin and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken.
2. Strong listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills in Mandarin.
3. Able to translate conversations and business documents accurately and naturally.
4. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently.
6. Able to work in a fast-paced and multicultural environment.
7. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Lark, or similar tools.
8. Willing to work flexible hours when required.
9. Experience as a Mandarin Translator, Interpreter, Personal Assistant, or in a Chinese-Indonesian business environment is preferred.
10. Fresh graduates with strong Mandarin skills are welcome to apply.
Preferred Qualifications:
- HSK certification is a plus.
- Experience working with Chinese management or Chinese-owned companies.
- Familiarity with digital marketing, TikTok, e-commerce, or creator operations is an advantage.
- Good understanding of Indonesian and Chinese workplace culture.
