At OUFFF, we’re looking for Kitchen Staff / Cooks who understand that consistency, speed, discipline, and quality are non negotiable.

What You’ll Do
- Prepare and cook food according to OUFFF recipes, standards, and specifications.
- Ensure consistent taste, quality, portioning, and presentation.
- Complete daily mise en place and ensure the kitchen is fully prepared before service.
- Maintain speed and accuracy during high volume service.
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and kitchen SOPs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation.
- Follow proper FIFO / FEFO and food storage procedures.
- Check ingredient quality and report shortages or quality issues immediately.
- Minimize food waste and use ingredients responsibly.
- Coordinate effectively with the Kitchen, Bar, and Front of House teams.
- Support stock receiving, storage, and kitchen inventory when required.
- Assist the Chef / Kitchen Leader with daily kitchen operations.
- Maintain discipline, teamwork, and a positive working environment.
- Continuously improve speed, consistency, and execution.
What We’re Looking For
- Currently living in Bali (mandatory).
- Previous experience as a Cook / Kitchen Staff in a restaurant or professional kitchen is preferred.
- Strong understanding of food preparation and basic cooking techniques.
- Able to work efficiently under pressure during busy service.
- Strong attention to detail and consistency.
- Clean, disciplined, reliable, and responsible.
- Fast learner with a willingness to develop new skills.
- Able to communicate and work effectively within a team.
- Physically fit and comfortable working long hours on your feet.
- F&B experience is strongly preferred.
- Ready to work in a fast paced, high performance environment.
Working Shifts
- Morning: 09:00-16:15 WITA
- Evening: 16:15-23:15 WITA
- Night: 23:15-06:00 WITA
Shift allocation will depend on operational requirements.
OUFFF isn’t looking for someone who simply follows a recipe.
