Job description for Cook at Karasa Chiri

Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

  • Menyiapkan dan membersihkan bahan makanan mentah seperti mencuci, mengupas, memotong, atau menimbang.
  • Menyiapkan peralatan masak dan bumbu yang akan digunakan agar mudah dijangkau saat pesanan masuk.
  • Proses memasak, mengolah pesanan pelanggan sesuai dengan resep standar, porsi, dan waktu penyajian restoran.
  • Membantu Head Chef atau Sous Chef dalam menyiapkan hidangan utama, makanan pembuka (appetizer), atau penutup (dessert).
  • Manajemen Bahan dan KebersihanMenyimpan sisa bahan makanan di lemari pendingin (chiller/freezer) dengan suhu yang tepat agar tetap segar.
  • Membantu pengecekan stok bahan baku harian.
  • Membersihkan area kerja (meja, lantai, dinding) dan mencuci peralatan masak setelah digunakan untuk menjaga standar higenitas.
  • Jadwal kerja (07:00~17:00)
