Food Preparation: Cook a variety of Indian dishes (including curries, biryanis, and tandoori items) according to authentic recipes and traditional cooking methods.
Specialty Execution: Operate and maintain tandoor ovens for baking flatbreads (naan, roti) and roasting meats.
Quality Control: Ensure the consistency, texture, and taste of dishes using appropriate spices, herbs, and traditional tempering techniques.
Inventory & Ordering: Monitor stock levels of spices, fresh produce, and meats, assisting with supply orders and proper storage.
Sanitation & Hygiene: Maintain a clean, organized workstation, strictly observing local health codes and food safety protocols.
