Job description for COOK (Steak & Pasta) at Gormeteria

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Membuat makanan sesuai dengan pesanan tamu khususnya untuk Asian Food, Steak & Pasta
  • Menjalankan SOP yang sudah diterapkan di Divisi Kitchen
  • Menjaga kebersihan makanan, perlengkapan masak dan area dapur

Persyaratan :

  • SMA/K, Diploma Degree di F&B
  • Usia minimal 23 tahun
  • Pengalaman 2-6 tahun di HORECA (Hotel, Restaurant & Cafe)
  • Memiliki pengetahuan dan cooking skill chinese food / Asian Food & Western (Steak & Pasta) (menggunakan wok pan)
  • Memahami dan mahir dalam berbagai teknik memasak, penyajian, dan presentasi makanan.
  • Memiliki pengetahuan yang luas tentang bahan-bahan, kombinasi rasa, dan tren kuliner terkini.
  • Bersedia kerja shift, weekend/hari libur nasional masuk.
