Job description for Cook Staff at Seniman Coffee Studio
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Cook or in a similar role within a restaurant, café, hotel, or hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, plating, and food presentation.
Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
Understanding of food safety, sanitation, personal hygiene, and HACCP principles is an advantage.
Knowledge of inventory management, proper food storage (FIFO/FEFO), and quality control.
Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining consistency and attention to detail.
Strong teamwork, communication, and time management skills.
Disciplined, responsible, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
