A Restaurant in Uluwatu, Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Cook (Full-time)
Responsibilities:
Prepare cold dishes such as appetizers, salads and dressings according to restaurant standards
Follow recipes, portion sizes and presentation guidelines accurately
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the assigned kitchen section
Support kitchen operations during service hours
Plate dishes according to standards and instructions
Follow all HACCP and food safety regulations
Keep workstations, kitchen equipment and storage areas clean and organized
Requirements:
Indonesian citizen
Proven working experience as a Cook similar role
Excellent written and verbal communication in English
Basic to intermediate knife skills
Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
Good understanding of kitchen operations and food handling
