Job description for Cook Pizza (Hiro Group Indonesia) at Talentport
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas following traditional Italian recipes.
- Ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to innovate and improve our menu offerings.
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Italian cuisine, especially in pizza making.
- Proficiency in working with wood-fired ovens (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Italian ingredients and cooking techniques.
- Team player with excellent communication skills.
