Position Overview:

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who love to produce Japanese food and understand the basics of Japanese recipe principles.

If you have a passion for creating delightful dishes, we want to hear from you! A special focus will be given to those who can craft desserts and light, bite-sized pairings.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute daily production according to established SOP and recipes
  • Prepare base components and batch production items
  • Assist in packaging, labeling, and dispatch preparation
  • Maintain hygiene standards and workstation organization
  • Support senior team members in new menu execution and seasonal launches
  • Develop and create a seasonal pairing menu that complements our tea offerings, focusing on both savory and sweet options.
  • Collaborate with the team to grow and develop the food department, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

Qualifications:

  • Passion for Japanese cuisine and culinary arts.
  • Understanding of basic Japanese cooking principles and techniques.
  • Experience in creating desserts or light bites is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members.
  • Eagerness to learn and improve through ongoing training.
