Kualifikasi Tim Kitchen (Kitchen Staff / Cook)
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Cook / Line Cook.
- Experience in restaurant or commercial kitchen operations.
- Able to cook Indonesian, Malay, and Asian dishes is preferred.
- Good knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques.
- Able to work efficiently under pressure.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Willing to be placed and work in Malaysia for a 3-year contract.
- Able to work on a 12-hour shift schedule with 4 days off per month.
- A passport valid for at least one year beyond October 2026.
Job Description Tim Kitchen
- Prepare and cook Nusantara, Malay, and Asian cuisine according to standardized recipes and company SOPs.
- Ensure food quality, taste, portion, and presentation meet company standards.
- Complete mise en place and daily food preparation before service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstation.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.
- Monitor food ingredients and report shortages or product issues to the Sous Chef.
- Minimize food waste and use ingredients efficiently.
- Assist with receiving, storing, and organizing kitchen ingredients.
- Support the kitchen team during busy service periods.
- Perform opening and closing kitchen duties.
- Maintain proper use and cleanliness of kitchen equipment.
