- Laki-laki/Wanita usaia maksimal 35 Tahun

- Pengalaman sebagai koki minimal 2 tahun

- Paham teknis Stock Opname bahan baku kitchen

- Paham preparation bahan baku kitchen

- Paham Rule & SOP kitchen

- Paham tatacara inventory/penyimpanan bahan baku kitchen

- Paham menu standart kopitiam/coffee shop

- Mahir menggunakan Wok/kompor high pressure

- Disiplin waktu dan aturan
