Job description for cook kitchen at PT Bapak Roti

Job Description:

Menyiapkan dan mengolah bahan makanan sesuai standar resep dan menu yang ditetapkan.
Melakukan proses cooking dan food preparation untuk kebutuhan produksi Bapak Catering.
Memastikan kualitas, rasa, porsi, dan tampilan makanan sesuai standar perusahaan.
Menjaga kebersihan dan kerapian area kitchen serta peralatan kerja.
Memastikan bahan baku yang digunakan dalam kondisi baik dan sesuai standar penyimpanan.
Menerapkan standar hygiene, sanitasi, dan keamanan pangan selama proses produksi.
Bekerja sama dengan tim kitchen untuk memenuhi target produksi dan kebutuhan catering.
Melakukan pengecekan bahan baku serta membantu menjaga ketersediaan stok kitchen.
Mengikuti SOP dan instruksi kerja yang berlaku di perusahaan.
Melaksanakan tugas lain yang berkaitan dengan operasional kitchen sesuai arahan atasan.
