Job Description

Menyiapkan bahan makanan sesuai standar resep dan SOP perusahaan.
Mengolah dan memasak makanan sesuai menu yang ditetapkan.
Memastikan rasa, kualitas, dan tampilan makanan konsisten.
Menjaga standar kebersihan dan keamanan pangan (food safety & hygiene).
Mengatur penyimpanan bahan makanan sesuai standar FIFO & suhu penyimpanan.

Tanggung Jawab Operasional

Memastikan persiapan dapur (mise en place) lengkap sebelum jam operasional.
Mengoperasikan peralatan dapur dengan aman dan benar.
Mengontrol stok bahan baku dan melaporkan kebutuhan pembelian.
Meminimalkan pemborosan bahan makanan (food cost control).
Menjaga kebersihan area kerja selama dan setelah operasional.
