About Us:
BELLO is a restaurant in Nusa Lembongan specializing in Sushi & Grilled cuisine.
We bring fresh ingredients and Japanese-inspired flavors with a smoky grilled twist to the island, catering to both local and international guests.
We are looking for a dedicated Cook Helper to support our kitchen team!
Responsibilities:
• Assist Head Chef Cook in daily mise en place and food preparation
• Prepare basic ingredients (marinating, cutting, portioning)
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations, utensils, and equipment
• Assist in receiving, checking quality, and storing fresh fish, meat, and produce
• Strictly follow food safety, hygiene, and freshness standards
• Support chefs during busy service to ensure smooth and timely operations
• Follow instructions from Head Chef / Supervisor
Qualifications:
• Minimum 1 year experience as Cook Helper / Kitchen Assistant
• Hardworking, fast learner, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure
• Good teamwork, positive attitude, and strong discipline
• Neat, well-groomed, and maintains high personal hygiene
• Willing to be placed in Nusa Lembongan,Bali
• Can join immediately is preferred
