Cook Helper – Heart and Spoon

We are looking for an energetic, disciplined, and detail-oriented Cook Helper to join our culinary team, assist our chefs, and ensure every dish is prepared to the highest standard of quality and freshness.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Chef or Head Cook in food preparation (washing, peeling, cutting vegetables, meats, etc.).
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, cooking utensils, and raw material storage.
- Assist in basic cooking processes according to the restaurant's standard operating procedures (SOP).
- Ensure the availability of raw material stock/prep before daily operations begin.
- Manage raw material inventory and report items that need to be restocked.
Requirements / Qualifications
- Minimum education of Senior High School / Vocational High School (Culinary Arts graduates preferred).
- Minimum [1 year of experience / fresh graduates are welcome] in a similar position.
- Basic understanding of sanitation, food hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness (Food Safety).
- Ability to work quickly, efficiently, and stay calm under pressure (peak hours).
- Honest, disciplined, punctual, and possesses good communication skills.
- Willing to work in shifts, on weekends, and on national holidays.
