Job Description:
- Wash, peel, chop, and portion ingredients (vegetables, meats, and other food items) daily.
- Clean and sanitize work areas, countertops, cooking utensils, and kitchen equipment.
- Wash dishes, pots, pans, and ensure all kitchenware is properly stored and organized.
- Assist in receiving stock delivery, checking quantities, and storing ingredients in the proper storage or refrigerator.
- Help the cooks during busy hours by fetching ingredients and plating simple dishes as instructed.
Qualification:
- Basic knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety.
- Ability to work fast and follow instructions carefully.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
