Assist cooks in daily food preparation for Korean BBQ dishes.
Prepare and organize ingredients, sauces, and banchan (side dishes).
Clean and sanitize kitchen utensils, grills, and cooking equipment.
Maintain cleanliness and order in the kitchen and prep areas.
Support kitchen operations during service hours, including refill and setup.
Dispose of kitchen waste properly and keep the dishwashing area clean.
Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.
