Job description for Cook Helper at PT INSPIRASI KARYA MANAGEMENT
We are looking for a hardworking and responsible Cook Helper to support daily kitchen operations, assist with food preparation, and maintain kitchen cleanliness and food safety standards. The ideal candidate has kitchen experience, understands basic cooking techniques, and has knowledge of Chinese, Taiwanese, and Asian cuisine.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 1 year of kitchen experience is preferred.
- Experience in restaurant, hotel, or F&B operations is an advantage.
- Able to assist with food preparation and daily kitchen operations.
- Previous experience using a wok for cooking is preferred.
- Good understanding of kitchen hygiene and food safety.
- Basic conversational English is required.
- Must be domiciled in Bali, preferably Kuta, Seminyak, or Canggu.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Knowledge of Chinese, Taiwanese, and Asian cuisine.
- Familiar with basic cooking techniques, ingredients, and kitchen equipment.
- Able to prepare, cut, and organize ingredients properly.
- Responsible for maintaining kitchen cleanliness and sanitation.
- Hardworking, disciplined, detail-oriented, and a good team player.
- Able to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment.
