The Chef and Cook Grill Section will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of grilled dishes according to the restaurant's standards. This role involves maintaining cleanliness and organization in the grill area, ensuring food safety and hygiene, and working collaboratively with other kitchen staff to meet service demands. The ideal candidate will also assist in plating and presenting dishes in an appealing manner, contribute to menu development, and support the overall kitchen operations during peak hours. Candidates must have completed SMA/SMK education and possess between 1 and 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role. Proficiency in cooking, teamwork, food decoration, and baking is required.
