Job description for Cook Dimsum at PT Ascana Selesa Culina
Responsibilities:
- Able to make Chinese Dimsum (Xia Long Bao, Siomay, Hakau, Chongfan, Etc)
- Assist in controlling all over items served
- Ensure food standards and presentations are maintained and continuously improved
- Ensure that high standards of sanitation and cleanliness are maintained throughout the kitchen areas at all times and all kitchen equipment’s are kept in a good working conditions
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 (two) years experiences in Leader for Dimsum Specialist
- Positive work mentality and Able to work under pressure
- Able to work on Holiday, Saturday, and Sunday
- Have good cooperation and Discipline in following existing SOP
