Job Description:
• Prepare and cook food according to hotel standards and recipes.
• Maintain food quality, taste, presentation, and portion consistency.
• Prepare ingredients and ensure proper food storage.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen and equipment.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and kitchen SOPs.
• Assist with daily kitchen operations and other tasks as assigned.
Requirements
• Male
• Previous experience as a Cook
• Basic knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques.
• Good understanding of kitchen hygiene and food safety.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Responsible, disciplined, clean, and hardworking.
• Good attitude and willingness to learn.
• Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• Available to join immediately.
