Daily Worker Contract for Cook/Commis
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and company standards.
Ensure food is fresh, properly stored, and handled safely.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen equipment, utensils, and workstations.
Monitor food inventory and report shortages or expired items.
Assist with food preparation, portioning, and plating.
Follow health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.
Minimize food waste and use ingredients efficiently.
Work closely with chefs and other kitchen staff to ensure timely meal service.
Operate kitchen equipment safely and report any maintenance issues.
Support receiving and storing food deliveries.
