Job description for Cook/Commis at Ora Management Indonesia
KLYF CLUB Blue Lagoon at Nusa Ceningan Island inviting enthusiastic, dynamic and energetic people to be part of our team with positions as Cook / Commis with detail as follows:
Responsibilities:
1. Assist in food preparation (mise en place) according to standards
2. Prepare and cook dishes based on recipes and Chef’s instructions
3. Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area and equipment
4. Ensure food quality and consistency at all times
5. Comply with hygiene and food safety standards
Qualifications:
1. Minimum vocational high school (Culinary) or equivalent
2. Minimum 1 year experience in a similar position (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
3. Basic knowledge of cooking techniques
4. Disciplined, hardworking, and able to work in a team
5. Willing to work in shift
6. Willing to dtay in Nusa Ceningan
