Job description for Cook/Commis 1 at SATOSHI BALI
We are SATOSHI, a leading semi fine dining Restaurant in Umalas, are currently looking for a skilled and passionate Cook/Commis 1 (Cold Kitchen) to join our kitchen team and deliver high-quality foods with consistency and precision.
JOB DESCRIPTIONS :
- Garde Manger/ Cold Dishes (dressing, salad, appetizer, dessert)
- Cooking and preparing high quality dishes
- Being responsible for HACCP Standards and sanitary on kitchen area
- Ensuring food quality and excellent standards are maintained for all dishes created
- Assisting food inventory needs and stocks
REQUIREMENTS :
- Domicile in Bali is A MUST
- Minimum 2 years of experience. experience in fine/semi fine dining settings, Japanese, Italian or fusion restaurant is highly preferred
- Experience of kitchen equipment, health and safety
- Competent level of english
- Ability to work in high paced environment and in team
