Job description for Cook Cold Section at WET PLATE KITCHEN

  • Prepare all cold menu items to recipe standards.
  • Set up and stock the cold station with fresh ingredients before each shift.
  • Plate dishes with speed, precision, and artistic consistency.
  • Maintain proper food storage, labeling, and rotation (FIFO) in reach-ins and walk-ins.
  • Ensure all health and safety standards (HACCP) are met, especially temperature control.
  • Work cleanly and communicate smoothly with hot line and expeditors.
