Job description for Cook/Chef at Jababeka Hospitality
- Minimum education: Diploma majoring in Culinary Art/Hospitality
- Have a minimum of 2 years experience as a CDP (Chef de Partie)
- Having experience in Food & Beverage Industry (Catering/Hotel)
- Specializes in Indonesian, Asian, and Japanese cuisine
- Preference is given to those who already have experience in the catering field
- Have an understanding of Food Safety, Food Preparation, and Health & Safety Management
- Have good leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making
