Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Cook/Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes, ensuring kitchen efficiency, and maintaining food safety standards.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook dishes according to the restaurant’s recipes and standards.
• Ensure high-quality food presentation and taste consistency.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, following hygiene and safety regulations.
• Manage food inventory, minimize waste, and ensure proper storage of ingredients.
• Work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Collaborate with the team to improve menu items and kitchen operations.
• Adhere to all health and safety guidelines.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Cook or Chef in a restaurant, hotel, or catering service.
• Strong knowledge of Italian cuisine
• Ability to work efficiently and maintain quality under pressure.
• Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Culinary diploma or relevant certification (preferred but not mandatory).
