- Establish and maintain relationships with customers

Requirements
- Bachelor Degree (S1) from a reputable university with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Sales or Business Development.
- Experience working in an Event Organizer (EO), conference, seminar, training provider, or related industry is highly preferred.
- Fluent in English (both oral and written) is a must.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with data analysis is a significant advantage.
- Excelent interpersonal and negotiation skils with a passion for client relations.
- Strong presentation skils and a professional, confident demeanor.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
- A fast learner and a colaborative team player.
- High initiative with a “can-do” attitude toward chalenges
