🎯 Job Responsibilities
As a Control Testing, you will be responsible for supporting the implementation of review and control testing activities, including:
✅ Study and understand the Risk Control Library (RCL).
✅ Understand relevant business processes, policies, procedures, regulations, systems, and controls related to the review object.
✅ Assist in developing the review execution plan based on the established review objectives and scope.
✅ Identify the data universe and determine relevant samples based on the agreed sampling methodology.
✅ Perform testing on Design Effectiveness and/or Operating Effectiveness according to the review requirements.
✅ Examine and validate relevant evidence and supporting documents.
✅ Document review results properly in adequate working papers.
✅ Identify control weaknesses based on review results and conduct root cause analysis for any identified issues or control deficiencies.
✅ Prepare review reports containing:
Testing results
Identified issues/findings
Root cause analysis
Risk implications
Recommendations for improvement
🎯 Qualifications
🔹 Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Control Testing, IT Audit, IT Governance, Risk Management, Internal Control, or related fields.
🔹 Mandatory certification: COBIT and/or ITIL Certification.
🔹 Strong understanding of IT Governance, Risk Management, Internal Control, and Control Testing.
🔹 Familiar with testing methodologies, including Design Effectiveness (DE) and Operating Effectiveness (OE).
🔹 Experience in reviewing business processes, policies, procedures, systems, and internal controls.
🔹 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to conduct root cause analysis.
🔹 Detail-oriented with strong documentation and reporting skills.
🔹 Able to work independently and collaboratively with various stakeholders.
