Job description for Control & Compliance - Finance Controller at PT Serikat Hantar Ekspedisi
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge in financial and accounting principles
- More than 1 years work experience in Finance/ Accounting area, especially in relation to risk assessment and control
- Proactive attitude with strong learning capability
- Flexibility but strong ownership
- An aptitude for working under pressure
- Proficient in using Microsoft Excel
- Develops and improves financial analysis and forecasting analytical methodologies
Responsibilities:
- Conduct periodic checks on all of finance data of the company.
- Collecting information from any user regarding the creation and development of company SOP.
- Implementation company SOP, and coordinate with the finance team regarding sales team commissions and company business partners.
- Responsible for the use of exception forms.
- Making gross profit margin reports.
- Processing data related to sales performance and investor data.
- Provide socialization of SOP (related to Finance) to new employees.
- Coordinate with the tech team regarding the development of company services.
- As a function of checking documents, projections, and budgeting
