Job description for Contract Customer Service Associate (Sep 2022 - Jan 2021) at The Learning Lab
Job Scope:
- Be able to advise parents and students over the phone on suitable academic programme selection to achieve successful enrolment for students
- To work closely with other departments’ stakeholders to support and execute student recruitment activities, and objectives.
- Handle customers’ feedback promptly and professionally.
- Keying of information into system and scanning of documents
- To be at front desk handling walk-in enquiries when needed
- Perform any other duties and responsibility as and when assigned by Management
Snapshot of our ideal candidate
- Min Alevels / Diploma and above
- Comfortable working on weekends and shift hours (3 weekdays and 2 weekends / 4 weekdays and 1 weekend)
- Comfortable with speaking over the phone with strong verbals.
- Good interpersonal skills
- Call centres/customer service/telemarketing background would be good
