Kualifikasi
1. Pendidikan minimal S1 di bidang Teknik Industri, Manajemen, atau jurusan terkait.
2. Memahami metode continuous improvement
3. Memiliki kemampuan analitis dan problem-solving yang baik.
4. Terampil menggunakan Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) dan software analisis data.
5. Komunikatif dan mampu bekerja sama dalam tim.
6. Pengalaman dalam proyek continuous improvement akan menjadi nilai tambah.
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
1. Menganalisis proses bisnis untuk mengidentifikasi peluang peningkatan efisiensi dan kualitas.
2. Mengembangkan dan mengimplementasikan strategi peningkatan proses melalui metode seperti Lean, Six Sigma, atau Kaizen.
3. Bekerja sama dengan tim lintas departemen untuk merancang dan menjalankan inisiatif peningkatan.
4. Memantau dan mengukur hasil inisiatif untuk memastikan pencapaian target.
5. Menyusun laporan dan presentasi untuk manajemen terkait hasil dan rekomendasi perbaikan.

Diamas Star based its foundation and company's vision and mission on the rich history of glass making. Diamas Star and its divisions are producing hand-blown glass that are distinctive (no one products are exactly the same due to the unique production process), well-designed, and durable without ignoring the basic purpose and safety factors of our products.
Nowadays the company employs almost 400 people in the factory, divided in the individualized department of marketing, finance, production, R&D (research and development) and so on.
