Content Writer Intern (Education & Storytelling)

We are looking for a thoughtful and curious Content Writer Intern to help transform ideas, experiences, and insights into meaningful content.

This internship is ideal for someone who enjoys writing, asking thoughtful questions, and making complex ideas easier to understand. We are not simply looking for someone who can write captions. We are looking for someone who is curious, reflective, and eager to create content with substance.

What You’ll Do

Content Writing & Storytelling

• Write content for social media, website, brochures, presentations, and marketing materials
• Transform raw ideas, discussions, interviews, and research into clear, compelling content
• Help communicate Vooya’s programs and services in engaging and meaningful ways
• Support storytelling around student journeys, workshops, and experiential learning programs

Research & Content Development

• Research topics related to education, careers, future skills, passion, and human development
• Gather insights from articles, trends, and market observations
• Contribute ideas for content themes, campaigns, and storytelling angles

Creative & Strategic Thinking

• Help evaluate whether content is relevant, engaging, and aligned with the target audience
• Support brainstorming sessions for campaigns, workshops, and brand communication
• Collaborate with the content, design, and program teams

Requirements

• Undergraduate students or fresh graduates from any major are welcome
• Strong writing skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Strong reading comprehension and research skills
• Detail-oriented and thoughtful in execution
• Able to manage deadlines and multiple tasks
• Willing to work from office

Bonus Points

• Background in communication, psychology, education, journalism, or related fields
• Experience in writing, blogging, editorial work, or student publications
• Familiarity with storytelling, digital content, or content marketing
