Key Responsibilities

Source and screen freelance or project-based content talents (e.g. models, editors, videographers) for various campaigns or content needs.
Assist in maintaining and updating a database of trusted and potential talents.
Coordinate shooting schedules, locations, and availability across multiple projects.
Work closely with the content and creative team to understand production needs and timelines.
Communicate clearly with talents regarding briefs, expectations, and shoot details.
Support logistics including booking, reminders, contracts, and shoot day coordination.
Help monitor progress and follow up to ensure timely content delivery and smooth workflows.

Requirements

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Communications, Media Production, Marketing, or a related field.
Strong coordination and communication skills.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple schedules.
Passionate about content creation and production.
Familiar with content formats and social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
Comfortable working with tools like Google Sheets, Trello, Notion, or scheduling software.
Experience with production or casting coordination is a plus.
