Job description for Content Strategist at Nawasena Creative Studio
We're looking for someone who loves building great content and making sure every project runs smoothly.
Location: Pekanbaru (Hybrid)
Work System: Hybrid - work from the office 1-2 days/week (especially during production days).
What you'll do:
- Develop content strategies that align with business goals.
- Create content plans and content calendars.
- Analyze content performance and provide actionable reports.
- Prepare clear creative briefs for the production team.
- Manage production timelines and project schedules.
- Coordinate with editors, designers, and videographers.
- Review deliverables (QC) and ensure quality before they're sent to clients.
- Keep projects on track and make sure everything runs smoothly.
We're looking for someone who:
- Has experience managing social media brands.
- Can think strategically, not just execute tasks.
- Has strong project management and communication skills.
- Is organized and detail-oriented.
- Has basic English communication skills.
- Bonus points if you can showcase your thought process behind the content strategies you've created.
