Job description for Content Strategist at Dorskin
Main Responsibilities
- Plan and execute end-to-end social media content strategies aligned with business and brand goals.
- Develop content plans, content pillars, creative angles, and produce engaging TikTok, Instagram Reels, Stories, and Feed content. Stay updated with social media trends, consumer behavior, and beauty/skincare trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns and product launches.
- Monitor and analyze content performance, identify insights, and develop actionable strategies to optimize content performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Creative, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in Content Strategy, Social Media, Content Planning, or a similar role.
- Experience handling end-to-end content creation, from ideation to analysis and optimization.
- Beauty, skincare, or FMCG experience is a plus.
- Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram content strategy, trends, and audience behavior.
- Strong creative thinking, storytelling, and understanding of hooks and short-form video content.
- Confident on camera and comfortable appearing as talent.
