Job description for Content Strategist Supervisor at Alpha Class
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Leading conceptual brainstorming and visual explorations Inspire and supervise creative, designer, and content creator to deliver pioneering ideas for digital needs
- Develop and execute the content and creative strategy
- Translate a campaign concept into creative visual form through design, video, events, digital and emerging platforms
- Provide creative direction & guidance
- Oversee the creation & production of engaging high-quality contents
- Collaborate with Sales, Production and KOL team to develop distribution strategies for content
- Collecting and Analyzing data on competitors’ contents, services, and marketing campaigns
- Developing reports that include recommendations for improving marketing campaign based on competitor research findings
- Develop, monitor, and optimize language style guides, workflows, and policies related to product content
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 3 years of experience as a content strategist or social media specialist
Have leadership experience.
Experience in formulating cross-platform content strategies
Solid understanding of social, digital, media, and content metrics;
Experience in Digital Agency or startups is a plus
Willing to work in Cipondoh, Tangerang
