Content Strategist & Creative (Part-Time Remote)
About Cinchy
Cinchy is a Bali scooter rental brand focused on creating smooth and enjoyable travel experiences for tourists. We are looking for a creative and proactive person to help grow our brand through engaging content, campaign ideas, and social media strategy.
This role is suitable for someone who enjoys content ideation, storytelling, social media trends, and creative marketing in a startup environment.
Responsibilities
1.Content Planning & Ideation
- Develop monthly content plans and content ideas
- Research social media trends and viral content formats
- Create creative briefs with the team
- Brainstorm campaign and promotional ideas
- Organise key footages
2.Social Media Growth
- Support Instagram & TikTok growth initiatives
- Monitor content performance and monthly analytics
- Suggest ideas to improve engagement and reach
- Support IGS / Reels / Carousel Development
- Utilise and implement new IG feature (e.g. ManyChat)
3.Creative Marketing Support
- Contribute ideas for campaigns across social media, KOL, partnerships, and promotions
- Support brand storytelling and creative direction
- Explore new creative tools and marketing ideas
Who We’re Looking For
- Creative, proactive, and hands-on
- Passionate about social media, branding, and storytelling
- Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok trends
- Good English communication skills (written & spoken)
- Familiar with Canva, CapCut, or similar creative tools
- Organized and able to work remotely
- Interested in tourism, travel, lifestyle, or startup brands
