Job description for Content Strategist & Project Manager at Nawasena Creative Studio
We're looking for someone who loves building great content and making sure every project runs smoothly.
Location: Pekanbaru (Hybrid)
Work System: Hybrid — work from the office 1–2 days/week (especially during production days).
What you'll do:
Develop content strategies that align with business goals.
Create content plans and content calendars.
Analyze content performance and provide actionable reports.
Prepare clear creative briefs for the production team.
Manage production timelines and project schedules.
Coordinate with editors, designers, and videographers.
Review deliverables (QC) and ensure quality before they're sent to clients.
Keep projects on track and make sure everything runs smoothly.
We're looking for someone who:
Has experience managing social media brands.
Can think strategically, not just execute tasks.
Has strong project management and communication skills.
Is organized and detail-oriented.
Has basic English communication skills.
Bonus points if you can showcase your thought process behind the content strategies you've created.
