Job description for Content Specialist at BOEMI Botanicals

CONTENT SPECIALIST

Key Responsibilities :

Plan, create, and edit social media content (posts, stories, captions) for Instagram and TikTok
Develop and execute Editorial Plans for promotional and daily content
Create, schedule, and upload social media content
Optimize content with captions, hashtags, insights, and posting times
Develop creative content ideas according to trends and brand objectives
Manage audience engagement and maintain brand image
Work closely with the marketing/design team and monitor social media performance

Requirements :

1–2 years in Social Media/Content Creation/Digital Marketing (fashion/retail experience preferred)
Strong grasp of Instagram, TikTok, and social trends
Skills in content planning, copywriting, and basic photo/video editing
Familiar with social media scheduling and analytics tools
Excellent communicator, highly organized, and able to juggle multiple projects
Willing to travel for store visits and event support
Fresh graduate are welcome

Working Day : Monday - Friday
