Role Summary:
We're looking for a Marketing Content Specialist who's not just creative and crazy, but also reliable and organized-someone who can own the content creation workflow from start to finish. At T&T Creative, content plays a key role in our clients' success on TikTok, Shopee, and other platforms. You'll lead the day-to-day development of content ideas, manage deadlines, and ensure execution runs smoothly-helping us eliminate past bottlenecks and maintain a consistently high standard across all brands.
What You'll Do:
- Create script, caption, product copy. and content brief for Social Media
- Shot video/photo collaborated with talent
- Take Full ownership of the content calender and make sure all delivarables are completed on tim
- Track and manage deadlines, ensuring all content is submitted on time and meets brand requirements
- Research current trends on Tiktok and Shopee, proactively propose new ideas
Qualifications:
Minimum:
- Fresh graduate (or final year student) in Communication, Marketing, Sales, Creative Writing, Advertising, or relevant fields
- Excellent writing and communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia (English is a plus)
- Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented mindset
- Able to work under pressure with tight deadlines and multiple priorities
- Proactive, eager to learn, and not afraid to speak up with ideas or feedback
- Familiarity with TikTok, Shopee, and e- commerce trends
