Job Requirements
- Fresh graduates up to 2 years of experience in Content Creation, Social Media, or related roles.
- Experience creating content for personal, organizational, or professional accounts.
- Able to develop content plans and work end-to-end from planning to posting.
- Proficient in CapCut and short-form video content creation.
- Strong understanding of Reels and TikTok, especially hooks and organic content formats.
- Comfortable and confident appearing on camera as a talent.
- Creative, adaptive, proactive, and willing to experiment with new content formats.
- Detail-oriented, especially when handling product information, and able to work with fast turnaround times.
- Copywriting, account handling, and basic social media analytics are a plus.
Job Description
- Develop and manage content plans and calendars based on direction from the Content/Social Media Lead.
- Research and curate relevant content references, trends, and best practices for Instagram and TikTok.
- Produce content end-to-end, from shooting and editing to posting.
- Create engaging short-form videos with strong hooks, especially within the first 3 seconds.
- Participate as an on-camera talent when required.
- Explore new content formats and adapt relevant social media trends into organic content.
- Edit video content using CapCut and ensure content meets quality and brand standards.
- Manage content with accuracy, particularly product-related information, and deliver within tight timelines.
- Support daily account activities, including responding to comments and DMs when required.
- Monitor basic social media performance and contribute insights for account reviews.
