🎯 Job Responsibilities:
Plan and manage monthly content calendars for all client social media accounts.
Develop solid and innovative content strategies to increase brand awareness, reach, and viral potential.
Prepare and present monthly performance reports to clients.
Monitor, analyze, and leverage social media trends thoroughly.
Build and maintain a broad network of content creators across various industries.
Collaborate effectively and maintain strong teamwork within the Marketing & Creative team.
📌 Qualifications:
Age: 21 – 30 years old.
Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any major.
Minimum 1 year of experience in content creation and strategy.
Deep understanding of social media trends and strategic content execution.
Prior experience working in an Agency is a strong plus.
Strong communication, teamwork, and presentation skills.
