Job description for Content Planner (Full-Time) at Canting Creative Digital Agency
Responsibilities:
- Understand client needs, including brand values/guidelines, pain points, gains, target audience, business goals, and project expectations
- Conduct research and analyze the brand’s target audience.
- Develop and maintain project timelines according to deadlines set by the project manager.
- Develop creative and strategic content ideas aligned with client objectives and target audience.
- Create and manage content schedules across platforms.
- Participate in kick-off meetings to align on project direction.
- Communicate with clients through official groups, address content-related needs, and follow up on feedback to ensure timely content scheduling.
- Monitor trends, cultural moments, and key events (including holidays) to create relevant content ideas.
- Perform quality control (QC) and review of written content.
- Attend pre-production meetings or script readings with the creative team when needed.
- Support the production process and provide direction during shoots to ensure alignment with planned concepts and ideas.
Criteria:
- Are based in Yogyakarta.
- Proven experience in content planning, social media, or creative strategy.
- Strong understanding of digital trends, audience behavior, and brand storytelling.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with project management and content planning tools is a plus.
- Can thrive in a fast-paced digital environment and handle tight lead times.
