Job description for Content Operations at PT MULIA AUTO RAYA
1. Plan, write, film, edit, and publish content for short videos, graphics, live streaming, and official accounts.
2. Explore user needs and create high-engagement, high-conversion content based on brand positioning.
3. Monitor and analyze content performance, and optimize topics, titles, covers, and posting frequency.
4. Create copy for campaigns, posters, and product selling points to support marketing activities.
5. Manage social media accounts to increase followers, reads, engagement, and conversion rates.
6. Track trends and competitor dynamics, develop actionable content strategies and topic libraries.
II. Job Requirements
1. College degree or above. Candidates with experience in media operations or content operations at car rental companies or online car-hailing operation companies are preferred.Other relevant experience includes advertising, journalism, new media, Chinese language, and marketing
2. Familiar with the rules and content ecology of online platforms including TikTok, Instagram, and local content platforms.
3. Excellent copywriting, planning, and logical expression skills; strong sense of online trends.
4. Basic video editing skills preferred (CapCut, Premiere, etc.).
5. Experience in content operations, new media editing, copywriting, or live streaming support preferred.
6. Detail-oriented, proactive, able to work under pressure, with good communication and teamwork skills.
7. Data-sensitive and able to optimize content based on performance data.
