Job description for Content Operations Lead at Lunaverse （Indonesia ）
Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Localization: Develop the localized content strategy for our beauty and hair care brands in Indonesia, ensuring all visuals match the premium yet approachable brand image.
Scriptwriting & Video Production: Lead the ideation, scriptwriting, shooting, and editing of short videos. Direct hosts and content talents to ensure high-quality execution.
Algorithm Optimization: Analyze TikTok/Shopee video metrics (view-through rate, click-through rate, conversion rate) daily to continuously optimize content structure and hooks.
Live Traffic Synergy: Create short videos specifically designed to drive organic traffic into our official live-streaming rooms, syncing short-video trends with live-stream commercial targets.
Job Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in short-video production, content operations, or creative directing in Indonesia (MCN or beauty brand experience is ideal).
Deeply passionate about TikTok/social media trends in Southeast Asia; sharp instinct for viral hooks, visual storytelling, and local cultural nuances.
Proficient in managing a creative team (scriptwriters, videographers, editors) under tight, fast-paced deadlines.
Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
