Content Moderator / Content Quality Analyst

Job Descriptions:

As a Content Moderator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity and safety of our platform by monitoring and reviewing user-generated content. You will work closely with our content moderation and management team to ensure that our community guidelines and policies are upheld; in addition, you will get in touch with closely with our users to improve the overall quality of our content. This job offers a unique opportunity to gain practical experience in content moderation and management, online safety, and community management.

Responsibilities:

• Content Moderation: Review and evaluate user-generated content, including text, images, and videos, to ensure it complies with our content guidelines and policies.
• Content Management: Organize online social media events. Get in touch with users to keep the team updated with the latest trends on the platform.
• Flagging and Reporting: Identify and report inappropriate or harmful content, violations of community guidelines, and potential security risks.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records and documentation of content moderation activities and issues.
• Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the content moderation and management team to address emerging trends and issues related to content quality and safety.
• Feedback: Provide constructive feedback and insights to improve content moderation processes and guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Preferably Male
• Minimal Diploma degree from any major
• Mandatory of Having minimum 1 year experience as Content Moderator/Content Quality Analyst.
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Have extensive knowledge of the latest news / social issues (both local and abroad).
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for content quality and safety.
• Discipline, having a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to work independently.
• Familiar with online platforms and social media, have extensive knowledge of the latest trend, news, or social issues.
• Passion for creating a safe and positive online environment.
