Job Description

• Develop and execute content marketing strategies across social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, X).
• Lead and manage a team of copywriters and content creators to ensure each account maintains a consistent tone of voice and content identity.
• Optimize account performance by analyzing engagement, reach, and relevant trends.
• Collaborate with brand and marketing teams to align messaging with overall brand strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Digital Media, Journalism, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 - 2 years of experience in social media strategy, digital marketing, or copywriting.
• Strong understanding of marketing techniques, content strategy, and audience engagement, with the ability to develop account identity that drive organic growth and connect with audiences.
• Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to create messages that match different social media personas and audiences.
• Ability to spot viral trends and use them to increase organic reach and engagement with content that appeals to people.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing and guiding a team of content creators and copywriters to meet brand goals.
• Detail-oriented, creative, and flexible in a fast-paced environment, able to handle multiple tasks and keep content consistent across platforms.
