Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Content Growth Strategist to join our growth team in Taiwan, supporting both HK/TW Content Strategic production planning.
The Content Strategist will develop and drive Glint’s comprehensive content strategy, work cross-functionally to establish and articulate Glint’s key messages and thread them throughout all content. You will also sometimes have to produce English&Chinese contents to support ad-hoc marketing campaigns, this may involve but not limited to communicate with infographic designer, organise email template, plan for series newsletter, put detail attention on ebook and social media posts, etc The ideal candidate is a team player, an excellent communicator, strong writer, creative, and naturally curious.

The position reports directly to the Growth Manager. The preferred location is to be based on Taiwan Office.
What will you do :
- Develop and execute regional plans of content marketing strategies to drive the demand generation pipeline from awareness to decision stage of the buyer journey.
- Work with both regional and central growth teams to build a regional-specific approach content strategy that is data-driven and target orientated, leveraging global resources, tools and processes.
- Own content strategy for end-to-end lifecycle campaigns, manage and communicate content calendar and coordinate production timelines in collaboration with the growth manager, including planning, production, vendor management and delivery.
- Works with marketing operations to manage content inventory and review performance metrics regularly
- Develop and lead a consistent approval and the copy development process through various content creation and review phases, including managing and editing contract writers
- Identify vertical persona segments and manage customer database(s) for each Glints’ product line, ensuring all content is aligned with Glint’s key messages on-brand and search engine optimized.
- Coordinate and manage the demand pipeline and refarming programs with recruiters and BD team (eg case studies).
- Works cross-functionally to establish and articulate Glint’s key messages and thread them throughout all content, make sure the content is targeted to its mission statement
- Ensures content is fluid and consistent across entire marketing programs, including emails, social, SDR scripts, landing pages etc.
Job Requirement
- 3 - 5 years marketing related experiences (enterprise software preferred) in a multicultural company in B2B content marketing or brand communications field.
- Mid-level knowledge of inbound marketing campaigns, SEO ranking factors and familiar with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and utm tracking.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese (Native proficiency in Chinese, business-level proficiency in English.)
- Exceptional storytelling copywriting and editing skills, including hands on CMS authoring experience
- At least 1 year experienced in B2B content kits writing (information technology professionals preferred) or market research report writing, and managing contractor(s)
- Journalistic-level research skills, being able to dig into some research in English and come up with interesting insights.
- Ability to transform complex information into concise, easily digestible content for founders, CTO , tech functional lead and employers
- Strong project and time management skills and ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines
- Comfortable writing on a deadline ( commitment )
- Naturally curious, investigative, and expert experimenter with a natural problem solving ability
- Aptitude and desire to work in fast-paced startup environment
- Track record of success in a dynamic, sometimes hectic environment.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally, particularly technical experts for content development and with various marketing and sales departments for content deployment
- Mission-driven, high energy, can-do attitude.
Preferred but not required
- Experienced in recruitment industry
- Experienced in remote project handling
- Familiarity with HTML and CSS
- Proven Strong analytical skills
- Given compelling portfolio of hands-on skills of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, InDesign etc. content design software
- Knowledge of content design layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and the web design.
