Job description for Content Editor at Masaya Trip Indonesia

Requirements:

Minimum D3/S1 in any major (Multimedia, Broadcasting, Communication, Design, or related field preferred)
Minimum 1 year experience in video editing (fresh graduates with strong portfolio may apply)
Proficient in editing software: Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Canva
Basic understanding of color grading, audio syncing, and transitions
Familiar with content formats for social media (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
Responsible for uploading and scheduling content to company social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
Basic graphic design skills for thumbnails/social media assets (via Canva)
Good sense of storytelling, pacing, and visual composition
Understand basic social media best practices (posting times, hashtags, captions, engagement)
Able to work with deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously
Detail-oriented and creative
Able to take feedback and revise work efficiently
Portfolio/reel of previous editing work (required)
